Description

One of my all-time FAVORITE side dishes... it's so yummy, somewhat healthy (? LOL) and makes me want broccoli every day of the week if it's made like this! And KETO friendly!

Ingredients
  • 8 cups Broccoli
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 cup Bacon (real bits or cooked & crumbled)
  • 3/4 cups Mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Cut up broccoli

Cut off raw broccoli so that it's just the small clovers of bite sized pieces.

You can use as big or little of pieces as you'd like, but we find smaller pieces work best.
  2. Cut onion

Cut up 1 red onion into small bits. Add to broccoli.

  3. Mix sauce

In separate bowl, mix mayonaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add all ingredients together and chill
Note
  • Cook this recipe at low heat.
  • Use fresh ingredients for better taste
  • After cooking, wait for at least 15 minutes for better taste
